plan for tomorrow

tomorrow, hopefully i can get a good lift in. planning on doing power cleans, jerks, snatches and cleans w/ presses, split squats (for level penetration).

will be my first time doing most of these besides presses and split squat. i’ll be lifting with the NS assistant football coach, going to do 12 – 16 reps of 65% to build muscle and gain some weight i weigh about 138 – 140 on average, looking to wrestle 140 or 145 next year.
