full body calisthenic with some k-bell action today since i missed my lift

Round One

  • 3 x 4 one armed pushups, each arm
  • 3 x 12 double k-bell snatches
  • 3 x 25 decline push ups
  • 3 x 12 close grip pull ups
  • 3 x 12 hindu squats
  • 3 x 30 single k-bell swings
  • 3 x 8 single k-bell snatches

Round Two

  • 3 x 15 wide grip pull ups
  • 3 x 8 one armed pushups, each arm
  • 3 x 16 single k-bell snatches
  • 3 x 35 decline push ups
  • 3 x 15 hindu squats
  • 3 x 4 one armed pushups, each arm
  • 3 x 6 pistol squats
  • 3 x 16 double k-bell snatches

3 minutes neutral shadow wrestling

  • first minute: circle left, circle right – repeat
  • second minute: circle left, shoot, circle right, shoot – repeat
  • third minute: circle, sprawl, recover, reshot, sprawl – repeat
