day 4. 3/24/11

today was a pretty easy day.

  • 5 x 20 yard sprints
  • 10 x 5 wide grip pull ups
  • 5 x 5 close grip pull ups

I wrestled with the High school coach for about 30 minutes. mostly take downs. working on keeping my elbows in, in both neutral and bottom. i’d be a beast if i could fix that bad habit.
