day 5. 3/25/11

  • 10 x 100 yard sprints
  • 5 minutes 16kg b-bell snatches

It was snowing here today and I wanted to do some running, so I did a few 100 yard sprints, felt good making the lungs burn after a few good, long sprints. 5 minutes of snatches weren’t too bad either, tough though. probably could have made today tougher. i keep slacking… 😦

 

I need to stay focus, instead of working out, I ended up hanging out with a girl….

TRAINING IS #1. — I need to remember that. This is my life, not some girl, or anything like that.
