day 7. 3/27/11

My knee is messed up still. Hurts worse today. I did some Greco hand fighting stuff for about 35 minutes today and thats about it.

i’ve watched a lot of Greco technique today, its something I’ve had a growing interest in.

edit: I did a little bit after I posted this.

  • 3 x 35 push ups
  • 3 x 40 bent leg crunches
  • 3 x 35 tricep dips
  • 3 x 40 flutter-kicks (3 count is 1)
  • 3 x 12 K-Bell Cleans 16kg
  • 3 x 4 K-Bell Snatches 16kg
