- 5 x 3 towel pull ups
- 3 x 5 Pistol Squats, Each Leg – 15lb K-Bell
- 20 Reverse Pistols, Each Leg – 15lb K-Bell
My knee’s still a little sore, so I’m trying to not ruin it ha. Squat like motions hurt it the most so it was probably dumb to do pistols, but oh well.
Gotta love the Brands brothers. They brawl.
