got a tournament coming up in American Fork. Its a round robin, 10 match, 2 day deal. I’m excited as all hell for it. Going to be some good mat time which should help a lot in my upcoming 2 years of wrestling.

- warm up, jog for 5 minutes
- 5 x 100 yard sprints, 10 second break
- 10 x 30 yard hills (45 degree angle hill)
- 2 x 250 yard sprint
