just got back from a wrestling practice. worked on high crotches a lot on my feet, but drilled high crotches, doubles and low singles. on top i worked on arm bars, half’s and cheap tilts. I really emphasized putting the shoulder to the ear on the arm bar so I couldn’t get rolled or too high on the pinning position.

when i got home, dinner was ready so I decided to do a workout. tougher than i expected it to be, but thats good for you.
