3 Rounds

  • 3 Handstand Push Ups
    4 L-Pull Ups
    5 Bent Over Rows – 50lb Sandbag

Grip Training

  • Towel Pull Ups 3 x 5
    Wrist Curls 3 x 8
    Reverse Wrist Curls 3 x 8
    K-Bell Bottom Grab Holds 3 x 30 Seconds
