had work for most of today so i didn’t get a big work out in. just a trap workout with a little bit of neck

Neck Isometrics x 10 reps each side

K-Bell Swing Shrugs x 20, 15, 10

K-Bell Row Shrugs x 20, 15, 10

K-Bell Shrugs x 20, 15, 10

Rhomboid Pushups x 20, 15, 10
