missed the workout yesterday, just wasn’t up to it, I start a light k-bell workout and my elbow started hurting. Iced it. Good to go today.

Did another Clean and Press and Pull Up ladder. Felt good.I’m going to write ladders out now like below. I think it makes pretty good sense.

16kg Kettlebell Clean and Press

Pull Up

16kg Kettlebell Snatch
2 x 10

Today I’ve been thinking about excuses. I hate them. I hate missing a workout because I hurt my elbow. And to everyone else it probably seems like an excuse. And it kind of is. It hurt but I could have managed. I need to train harder. Anyways, back to the excuse thing, I hate when other first year wrestlers say they don’t win matches because its their first year. That pisses me off. Its an excuse and a shitty one at that. If you lose, you work harder to win. Don’t do that poor me shit. Grow some balls and work harder and not only win but DOMINATE.
