Easier workout today. Took about 30 minutes. Did it with a partner.

 

My elbow has started hurting. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with it. But Its not bad enough to stop training. Few more months until the season starts. I’m pumped. School starts on the 23 or 24th I can’t remember, but once it does me and a few others are going to start drilling and going live a few days a week. Going to be sick.  I’ll most likely work on my feet. I wanna practice my ankle picks. They could be better.
