Had some fun with this one. Suplexing and Lifting the sandbag was fun. Not too hard of a workout, next week I’ll up the suplex/reverse lift to 100 and clean and throw to 70. 5/4/3/2/1 wasn’t bad either. good little workout. did the whole thing with a partner.  Peace
