Sandbag workout was harder than I expected. Just getting through the last returns, like when you pick some one off their feet and bump their legs out with your knee and out them back to the mat when they satnd up, was tough and I was sweating like crazy. I need to get in better shape. Next Saturday I’m going to go through the sandbag conditioning part twice. Got another sandbag conditioning workout for tomorrow if the weather stays nice. Looks like its going to rain here shortly. Few more weeks until fall league starts. Need to get in shape. The shape I’m in now won’t cut it. Peace
