lot of family stuff going on this some morning and had to make a 4 hour round trip, so didn’t get a big workout in, just the gymnast extended set pull up routine. forgot all about medium chins but ended up getting parallel pull ups in. I don’t know why i added those in ha. but anyways, here’s my numbers:

Gymnast’s Extended Set Pull Up Routine
20, 12, 10 wide pull = 42
16, 11, 10 parallel pull = 37
10, 7, 7 medium pull = 24
11, 6, 8 narrow chin = 25
Total = 128
