wrestled today. wrestled good. went about 80% the whole time. felt good, shots were good. stayed in food position. need to work on my bottom a little more. i’m not sure if i want to use an explosive stand up on an “armadillo” stand up. both work good, but i just need to pick one and go for it. hit a good arm throw from an over-under position. overall good day, when we went live i tech’d the guy i was wrestling. low singles, doubles, high c’s and turks. work like a charm. still need to improve. lately i’ve been feeling kind of gloomy but this has renewed my wrestling spirit. can’t wait for wrestling.
Also, after I posted the workout yesterday I did a neck workout that had wrestler’s neck bridge, front neck bridge, neck bridge dumbbell press up, rhomboid push ups and dumbbell shrugs.
