this was meant to be 10 x 100 on jump rope and x 10, 9, 8…1 but got cut short by family emergency.

Kettlebell Clean and Press x 7 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Pull Up x 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Jump Rope 7 x 100

 

I’ll get the full thing next time, thinking about doing it Monday or tomorrow even. I hate not being able to finish workouts. Anyway, I gotta go. Rushed right now, peace.
