Been tired, after last nights workout and today, I don’t know why. I’m just tired. My back is all in knots. Took a rest day today, did some light yoga and some other joint mobility stuff with some hindu push ups. hoping i feel better tomorrow. we’re wrestling tomorrow. if i need another rest day, i’ll probably take it. want to be fresh for the season, not beat to hell.
