warmed up, got in some joint mobility

5 Left 1 Arm Push Ups
5 Right Front K-Bell Squats
5 Right 1 Arm Push Ups
5 Left Front K-Bell Squats
10 Swings

 

Nothing major here, easy workout. Going to try and get a sandbag sprint workout tomorrow before work. Been in a slump since last Wednesday. Haven’t felt motivated and didn’t wanna wrestle. Hoping this gets me back in the mood. I need to beat that kid. Give myself a confidence boost, right now its not all the high and I could use some. But anyways, peace out!
