10 Clean and Throw

Repeat twice for a total of three times.

Sandbag = 70lbs
Only had a had about a 60 yard area, so its not nearly as hard as the real deal. Need to find a spot that’s 400m.

Finished this workout up with

25 Handstand Push Ups
25 Pull Ups

Been watching this a lot lately. Learning how to better set up my low single and trying to use stance and motion like John Smith used it.
