Weight room was locked. Got in a sandbag/sprint workout at home.

50m Sprint
2 Pistol Squats
5 Reverse Lunges
5 Split Squats
5 Square Squats
100m Sprint
20 Hindu Squats
3 Pistol Squats
5 Reverse Lunges
5 Split Squats
5 Square Squats
150m Sprint
10 20″ Box Jumps
Repeat twice for a total of 3 times.

Not too bad of a workout. Decent cardio/leg workout. I used a 90lb sandbag. Also got in a few shadow wrestling line drills. Square stance down 30m, sprint 30m back, right leg lead stance 30m, sprint 30m back, left leg lead 30m, sprint 30m back. Worked on keeping low and using a lot of motion and fakes as if I was working to hit a low single. Gotta get better at them. Once i can learn to keep my head up I will kill people with it.
