Got up early today and worked out. Went for a two mile run, little chilly here this morning, but was good. Feeling really good today. Not too bad of a workout, just a light cardio workout. Gotta start hitting the kettlebells heavy again, well just training regularly again is the biggest thing. Not missing workouts liek I have been.
