12 mile bike ride.
Just used a resistance bike, started out on level 1 (easiest), then jumped to 3, then 5, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 8, 7, 10, 4, 3, 9, 10. Tried to simulate going up the canyon and then half way back down and back up again. Good workout, I was sweating good by the end. Probably lost an easy 1.5 – 3lbs in water weight. Just rehydrated, and I’ll get in some more serious strength training tomorrow.
