I did a crossfit workout, I think it was last Monday’s. forgot to keep time, seemed like it took forever.

21 R KB Snatch
21 L KB Snatch
21 Pull Ups
15 R KB Snatch
15 L KB Snatch
15 Pull Ups
9 R KB Snatch
9 L KB Snatch
9 Pull Ups

Di some glute hams also after this workout.

Glute Ham Raise
– x 5 @ 15lbs
2 x 5 @ 35lbs
