Had wrestling conditioning practice today.
Went on about 5 mile run, finished 3rd. Then we went out on the football field and did bear crawls, crab walks, buddy wheelbarrows and buddy carries. I felt good through the whole thing, not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Turned out to be pretty easy.
I wrestled With Mark after practice a little before and after, just went over ankle picks and finishing a single in the air when your opponent has a whizzer. I’m glad he’ll be in the room a lot now. I learn a lot from him.
