Rest Day.

Squats, Swings, Clean and Press, Split Squats, Lunges
Push Ups
3 minutes KB Snatches

Messed around with some pistol squats and one armed push ups too. Weighed a lot today so did some Tabata and HIIT training to try and work some of it off. Got a good sweat rolling. Feels good. Have to work later today. 4 to 9 shift. Easy one. Not too bad. Wresting technique/conditioning practice starts tomorrow I’d excited we get to learn things ad work on technique from now on.
