today was supposed to be a rest day, but i had the urge to do some weighted pull ups and Bulgarian split squats.

Weighted Pull Ups
15# x 5
15# x 5
15# x 5

Pull ups were all unbroken and chest to bar, these weren’t really hard. Pretty sure I could have done this with 30 – 35#

Bulgarian Split Squat
20# x 10
20# x 5
35# x 5
40# x 5

First time I’ve ever did these with weight. Went good. Not too bad, they are harder with weight than I though. Hoping to increase my number of max pistols per leg. These should help.

Might do some double leg lifts and split squats later for more a more sport specific workout.

If anyone is short on time, or don’t have access to gym equipment, check out bodyweightmaniacs. very cool blog. very informative and has a lot of good body weight workouts that you can do pretty much any where, any time.
