Warm Up – 5 minutes, resistance bike

Cardio Workout:

  • Tabata Resistance Bike
  • Resistance:  4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10
  • Jump Rope , 3 x 1 minute

Core Workout – 15 reps, 8 rounds. No Rest.

  • Sit Ups
    Hanging Knee Raises – Straight
    Russian Twists 15lb K-Bell – 3 count = 1
    Hanging Knee Raises – Oblique – Right Side
    V-Sit
    Hanging Knee Raises – Oblique – Left Side
